Kristi has over 25 years of experience in human resources across the automotive, healthcare and workforce consulting industries. Her experience includes strategic planning, change management, operational excellence, and team collaboration. Kristi leads the leadership advisory practice at Sigred Consulting.
Prior to Sigred Consulting, Kristi served in strategic human resource roles at several leading global organizations including General Motors, Kelly Services, Pepsi-Cola and Volkswagen. Over her career, she built broad international and multicultural expertise, which was enhanced when she lived in Singapore while leading all aspects of HR for the Asia-Pacific Region of a Fortune 500 company.
Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and master’s degrees from Central Michigan University and Fielding Graduate University. In addition, she is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
Kristi is passionate about education and learning. In addition to her professional experience leading global learning for Fortune 500 organizations, she also serves on the boards of Focus: HOPE and Pewabic Pottery, non-profits based in Detroit.
Mike has over 25 years of experience in operational management, executive recruiting, organizational development, and international strategy consulting. Having served in senior management positions in industry and consulting, he has a well-rounded understanding of organizational strategy, recruiting, and organizational development. Mike leads the recruiting practice at Sigred Consulting.
Mike is passionate about connecting with people. He enjoys bringing together people that should know each other and is always looking to grow his network.
Dr. Lee has over 40 years of experience in teaching and coaching at universities and corporations across the country. He is an experienced coach and organizational development consultant.
Prior to joining Sigred Consulting, Dr. Lee was a professor of management at Walsh College and ran his own consulting firm providing management consulting, workshops, and training. In addition, he is the president of the board of the Michigan Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.
Erin has over six years of human resources management and training development experience. She understands all aspects of HR, recruiting, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Sigred Consulting, Erin worked at Pet Supplies Plus where she led the implementation of their Learning Management System and developed in-person and virtual training courses for all levels of the organization. She also has operational HR experience as an HR Administrator for an automotive supplier and a benefits coordinator for a national professional employer organization.
Erin is passionate about helping people find new and exciting ways to continue growing professionally. She enjoys bringing people together so that they can shine their brightest.
Shannon has over 25 years of experience specializing in Talent Management, Leadership & Career Development, Coaching, Workforce planning, and Manufacturing Finance Strategy. Shannon successfully directed leadership development programs for executives. She actively shares her leadership and career development experience to aid employee development and has personally engaged with over 20,000 employees through facilitation, presentations, mentoring, and coaching.
Prior to joining Sigred Group, Shannon spent over ten years with General Motors in global leadership roles, including workforce planning, career development, leadership development, and talent management. Before her successful transition to workforce management, she completed undergraduate studies in finance, secured an MBA, and built a strong career in finance.
Sandy Harvey is a skilled strategist with over 25 years of human resources, organizational development, leadership, and diversity and inclusion experience. In addition to her work with Sigred Consulting, Sandy owns Exodus Consulting Group, a transformational people and process firm. She is a Certified Diversity Professional and expert facilitator working with organizations across the country in developing and implementing human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Sandy has several years of experience in writing policies and procedures, policy manuals, and developing training departments.
Sandy has a bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management from Texas Wesleyan University. In addition, she holds a Master of Arts degree in Evangelism & Church Planting. Sandy is certified to facilitate recognized diversity, leadership, and professional development programs and is passionate about positively impacting others and supporting organizational transformation.
Evelyn’s corporate leadership experience spans from facilitating cross-functional quality improvement teams to managing workgroups, projects and department budgets up to $2.2 million. A visionary and change agent, Evelyn elevated her team of corporate librarians into high-performing marketing research and analysis organization supporting executive decision-makers worldwide. Since 2015, Evelyn has coached individuals and teams to break old paradigms and define their authentic way forward.
She is best known for helping clients honor their purpose, values, strengths, and priorities daily. Her expertise includes clarifying vision, mission, and values, having courageous conversations, and leading with influence. Evelyn has been elected to several community leadership positions within the Southfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Toastmasters International District 28. Additionally, she is a contributing writer for Career Mastered Magazine. Evelyn’s services include 1:1, group, and team coaching, workshops, and speaking.
Tina has 20+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, technology advising, and human resources. She has partnered with leading organizations including Fabletics, FOX Sports, National Wildlife Federation and SAP.

John has over 20 years of experience in executive and management recruitment. Prior to his search career, John spent over 10 years in the healthcare system and hospital strategic planning, business development, administration, and operations. He brings broad search experience to Sigred, with a focus on healthcare, non-profit organizations, and higher education institutions.
John holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Oklahoma and serves on the board of Gift of Life Michigan.
