Sigred Consulting is a boutique talent strategy and retained management recruiting firm. Our mission is to drive the prosperity of great employers by connecting and developing amazing leadership talent. Attracting, retaining, and growing leadership talent is challenging work. Kristi Stepp is the founder of Sigred Consulting. She is a global expert in employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture. She has more than 25 years of human resources experience, including serving as the Global Head of Talent Development at General Motors and leading all HR aspects for the Asia-Pacific Region at Kelly Services while based in Singapore. 

People love learning from Kristi’s mixture of inspiration, engaging presence, industry experience, and practical takeaways. In her lively, fast-paced sessions, Kristi teaches leaders how to create corporate cultures where team members build trust, share honest feedback, prioritize learning, and make people decisions that improve the bottom line. Attendees leave Kristi’s workshops and speaking sessions with a personal action plan to implement in their teams and organizations. 

Here are some highlights of Kristi’s speaking engagements: 

Before launching Sigred Consulting, Kristi served in strategic human resource roles at several leading global organizations, including General Motors, Kelly Services, Pepsi-Cola, and Volkswagen. 

Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and master’s degrees from Central Michigan University and Fielding Graduate University. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Coach. Additional certifications include Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS) designation, and Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Kristi gives back to the community as a board member of Focus: HOPE and as a board trustee for Pewabic Pottery, both based in Detroit, Michigan.
